Refunds & Exchanges

At In Katharsis, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. All in-store purchases are covered by the Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.

All sales made in-store are final. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and we’re unable to accept returns on items that are considered hygiene-sensitive, such as body jewellery, oils, wellness rollers, skincare, incense, resins, and other products intended for personal or body use, unless there is a genuine fault.

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please let us know within seven days so we can assist you as quickly as possible. This timeframe helps us help you promptly, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of when a fault becomes noticeable.
