Shipping policy

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted couriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order.

Processing Time

Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or if your order includes print-on-demand items.

Print-on-Demand Items

Some items, including clothing, apparel and selected creative products, may be printed on demand.

This means they are made after your order has been placed, rather than being held in stock and ready to send immediately.

Because of this, print-on-demand items may take longer to process and ship than in-stock products.

If your order includes both in-stock items and print-on-demand items, they may arrive separately.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Local Pick-Up

If you are in Mildura, local pick-up may be selected at checkout where available.

We will email you with the pick-up time and location when your order is ready.

Please wait until you have received confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

In Katharsis is not responsible for delays, missing parcels or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if anything is missing, please contact us at admin@inkatharsis.com.auwithin 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order details and clear photos where relevant, so we can look into the issue properly.
