In Katharsis is a private, appointment-only collective tattoo and art studio located in
Mildura, Victoria.
The studio is home to three experienced independent tattoo artists, each with their own style, process and creative voice. While each artist works independently and manages their own bookings, we share the same respect for quality tattooing, clear communication, client care and professional standards.
In Katharsis was created as a calm, supportive and welcoming environment for people to be tattooed.
A non-judgemental space where clients can feel comfortable, respected and genuinely heard
throughout the process.

Wellness retail, artwork and clothing are available online through the website, with selected pieces also available during in-person appointments.
Behind The Name
The name In Katharsis was chosen with intention.
Katharsis is an ancient Greek word meaning cleansing, release, or emotional purification. It speaks to the process of moving through something, letting it take shape, and feeling lighter or more connected on the other side.
For many people, tattooing can hold this kind of meaning. A tattoo may mark grief, healing, transformation, identity, strength, love, memory, beauty, or self-expression. It can be deeply personal, or it can simply be something chosen because it feels right.
