Creative Wellness Sessions
Creative Wellness Sessions are designed to nurture emotional well-being, encourage self-expression, and build meaningful connections — all in a way that’s flexible, supportive, and tailored to each individual.
These sessions are available in limited numbers and are primarily suited to NDIS participants seeking support for social and community participation or capacity-building activities. To join, please complete our Expression of Interest form to be added to the waiting list. When a place becomes available, you’ll be notified and invited to a meet-and-greet before starting.
Sessions may take place in Eliesha’s calm, private studio — a space intentionally created to feel safe, welcoming, and free of judgment. Activities may include painting, drawing, mixed media art, macramé, or other tactile creations that encourage mindfulness and creativity. At times, we may step outside to connect with nature, gathering leaves, feathers, or other natural treasures to weave into our work.
Every experience is guided by what feels right for you in the moment — with no pressure, no expectation, and no “right” way to create. The focus is on the process, not the outcome. Eliesha aims to offer a positive, encouraging, and uplifting space where participants feel supported and inspired. With a current Working with Children Check, Victorian driver’s licence, First Aid certification, and Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, Eliesha provides a safe, professional, and fully supported service, personalised to meet your needs and goals.
