White Sage & Juniper Smudge Stick

White sage clears and purifies, while juniper has long been used for its protective and grounding qualities, bringing a warm, woody freshness to the blend. Together they create a beautifully balanced smoke that cleanses a space and fills it with a sense of calm stability. Lovely for new beginnings or refreshing the energy of a home.

How to use: Light the tip, allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame and let it smoulder. Guide the smoke around your space, yourself, or any objects you wish to cleanse with intention. Prefer a shorter burn? Simply break off a small piece and place it on a charcoal disc instead. Rest in an abalone shell to honour all four elements in your ritual, earth, fire, air, and water, or any heat safe dish. Always open a window to allow energy to release and extinguish fully when done.
